The 3rd Annual Minnesota Star Awards in 2007 showcased the theme "Elements," where the creative energy of Minnesota's event professionals was on full display. Hosted at the Minneapolis Central Library, the event featured a stunning and unique ice sculpture—a wall constructed entirely out of ice balls, creating a mesmerizing centerpiece that captured the theme's essence. Director Nancy Jacobs led the effort to make this year’s celebration one of the most visually striking yet, continuing the tradition of excellence in recognizing outstanding contributions in the event industry.
