 Administrative Assistant/Sales Team Support/Marketing - Ultimate Events

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Arrive by 8am to assist in the store opening

  2. Maintain the showroom in a clean and organized manner

  3. Help organize calls & answer phones

  4. Assist Sales Team with pulling tent permits and utility locates.

  5. Work with the Management Team on ideas to possibly expand our social media presence.

  6. Assist with the Management Team in distributing web leads

  7. Assist with the Customer Pick Up Operations as needed including collecting final payments.

  8. Coordinate reservations & sub-rental needs with Sales, Production & Warehouse personnel

  9. Assist the Management Team and Accounting staff in the maintenance of customer charge accounts; ensure that all accounts receivable is collected timely.

  10. Work on sales aids with Management Team

  11. Assist customers in store and over the phone in choosing the most favorable option for their needs.

  12. Promote rental concepts and encourage order building on sales calls.

  13. Keep abreast of competitors’ rates and types of equipment available in the rental industry.

  14. Represent the store in a professional and courteous manner at all store and other approved functions

  15. The precise services duties and responsibilities to be performed by the Employee may be extended or curtailed by the Employer’s legitimate business needs.
     

SKILLS PREFERRED: Basic computer skills / Phone Communications / MS Office Suite : WORD / EXCEL / Social Media
