Get ready for an energizing two-day retreat as ILEA Midwest Board Members take over Minneapolis! Join Ryan Harmon, Regional Vice President of the Midwest, and ILEA Leadership for an exciting mix of education, collaboration, and networking designed to set you up for success in the 2025-2026 term.
This retreat is all about connecting, learning, and learning from fellow incoming Board Members from across the region. We’ll dive into chapter operations, share tips and tricks for a successful year ahead, and gain valuable insights from industry leaders— all while building relationships that will last far beyond your term.
📅 Sunday, May 4 | Kick things off with lunch at 12:00 PM, followed by interactive sessions led by ILEA leadership and fellow board members. In the evening, we’ll step outside the classroom for a not-to-be-missed off-site networking event.
6:00 pm: Depart Hotel for Puttshack in Edina, MN
9:00 pm: Return back to Elliot Park…
