ILEA MSP-St.Paul Mentoring Program
Duration: 8 week program, mentor and mentee can extend if desired.
The ILEA-MSP Chapter strives to fully engage, develop and inspire potential and existing event professionals. Through experiential learning, mentors and mentees are able to share their experiences and implement those learnings. Additionally, this program will assist in promoting the highest level of ethics within the special events industry while maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct.
Mentoring is a relationship between two people with the goal of professional and personal development. The “mentor” is usually an experienced individual who shares knowledge, experience, and advice with a less experienced person, or“mentee”.
