During this session, Brianna Tobritzhofer will be discussing some simple, holistic lifestyle changes you can make to kick the winter blues, improve your energy levels and mood, and just make you feel better overall. She will talk about the importance of self-care and good nutrition during this time. Spoiler Alert: none of her tips or strategies will require you to go on the latest fad diet or restrict your favorite foods! You’ll leave feeling refreshed with some simple health and nutrition tips to incorporate into your day-to-day.

At the end of this motivating chat, we will welcome Heidi Andermack of Chow Girls Catering to lead us into a short centering/meditative state where we can release anxiety, nerves, or any other negative feelings…and welcome the evening in a more relaxed, enlightened mood.
