Since 2008, SA Oelkers has supervised special agents, analysts and auditors within the HSI Intelligence and Domestic Operations Programs. SA Oelkers currently supervises investigations involving human smuggling, human trafficking, identity and immigration benefit fraud, human rights violations and worksite enforcement.
